Numerous bus lines serve the city, not only operated by GSP (the city-owned company) but also private operators. Throughout the night, 25 lines replace buses, trolleybuses and trams in the city.
Apart from buses, these vehicles keep the city in motion. The tram network includes line 2, which is a circular route around the downtown and other lines to outer parts of the city. Trolleybuses mostly depart from Studentski trg terminus.
BG:Voz, the urban rail system of Belgrade connects suburban parts of the city through the center. Both BG:Voz lines are integrated into the BusPlus tariff system. For tourists, buying the paper BusPlus card is more reasonable than the plastic, as it's cheaper and easier to use.
