More than 50 bus lines run in Malaga with a reasonably good frequency. Buses are air-conditioned. Lines running overnight are marked with N. Block of tickets and day tickets are available, however, these are not valid to the Airport. As buses in Malaga are operated by EMT, buses to coastal villages are operated by private companies.
Several companies operate cabs along Costa del Sol. As long as bigger resorts are served 24/7, in smaller settlements you may catch a taxi only in a few hours. If you want to hail a cab, check if the light on the top is green and the 'Libre' sign is seen in front.
